UK Shipping
Free standard delivery included on all orders over £100
Standard delivery (2-5 working days) charged at £4.50 for orders under £100
Orders are typically processed and shipping the next working day.
Overseas Shipping
Sorry, we do not currently offer overseas shipping.
Return Information
At Arkstone TCG, we understand that circumstances may lead to a change of mind about a purchase or dissatisfaction with a product.

The below is a summary of the returns process in different circumstances. Please see the full returns policy here.
Cancellations prior to shipment
Cancellations can be requested prior to shipping subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days, with an additional 14 days to return the items back to us.
Refunds will be paid within 10 business days following our internal checks of the returned goods.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless items are faulty (see below).
Faulty items
If you receive damaged or faulty goods you can request a refund, please email us with the description of the fault and any pictures evidencing the issues.
